Arriving at the Hotel
Sheraton Denver Downtown
Hotel Parking:
$57 a day a hotel
Public parking and surface lots are available throughout the city.
Airport:
The easiest and closest airport to fly into is Denver International Airport. The code is DEN
Ground Transportation to Hotel from airport
Denver International Airport (DEN) is about 30 minutes from the hotel. There is no free shuttle to or from the airport, but you can take a rail service (the A Line) from the airport to Union Station downtown. You may also take a ride-share shuttle or car service to the hotel. Look for ride share signs at the airport (Uber, Lyft, Van Shuttle service, etc.)
The A Line commuter train, operated by the Regional Transportation District (RTD), offers convenient transportation between DEN and downtown Denver:
Distance: 23 miles of track from DEN to downtown Denver’s Union Station.
Travel time: 37 minutes from DEN to Denver Union Station.
Frequency: trains run every 15 minutes during peak travel times, and every 30 minutes from 3 a.m. – 5 a.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. (for exact departure and arrival times, please consult the schedule on the RTD website).
Tickets: A Line tickets may be purchased using cash or credit cards at the ticket vending machines located at the train stations or at the DEN Transit Center. Tickets can also be purchased at the RTD Information Booth at the Transit Center.
Fare: the airport fare is $10.50 per day from any of the stations along the A Line and includes unlimited rides on the A Line during a single business day as well as serving as a Regional pass should you desire to go elsewhere.
Once at the Union Station, you can take a free mall bus ride to the hotel. In order to get on the free mall ride from Union Station, you will need to walk about one block to 16th street mall and Wewatta street to get on. Once on, look for stops: Tremont or Court; either one will put you outside the hotel. The mall ride hours are from 5am-1am on weekdays and 5:30am -1:30am on weekends or holidays.

Conference Schedule
We are excited to announce that there will be an option to either tour the U.S. Olympic Museum (for an additional cost) or visit the Garden of the Gods. Additionally we will have a touring afternoon in Denver on December 30 that will be combined with campus time. Finally, we are excited to bring back seminars at the conference.
If you have questions regarding the conference schedule, please email Lizzie Edwards. A great snack for her is bananas with peanut butter.
*Please note: Do not share this schedule directly with students, as there is sensitive content. A more generalized conference schedule is listed on the main Vision page for student.

Bridges Opportunities Dinner
The Bridges Opportunities Dinner at Vision23 is an event intended to help mobilize believing students and/or key volunteers toward opportunities to serve with Bridges as interns (both in the US and internationally), full time staff and/or part time staff. Our time will be most relevant for Christian Juniors, Seniors, Graduate students, or key volunteers considering future employment. Think of the multiplying disciples whom you would want to work with!
Bridges Opportunities Dinner: December 29, 5:30-7:00 pm EST
Register HERE
Some believing students may hear about this through the Vision registration. If there is a student or volunteer from your campus that you want to consider for Bridges employment opportunities, please encourage them to sign up using the link above! If you want to accompany anyone to the dinner please register yourself, as well.
Invite students by sending them this invitation graphic!

Volunteering at Vision
Do you have ministry partners or family and friends with hearts for international students and live in the Denver area? Vision cannot take place without the help of many volunteers, especially on December 28, the first day of the conference. If you know someone who may want to volunteer, please forward this link to them to get registered. Chuck Goertzen will serve as our Vision Volunteer Coordinator and will be available to answer any questions you/they have about volunteering!
