Viewing Student Registration
Any staff member can get access to view student registration:
- Go to www.eventregistrationtool.com
- Click on “Event Dashboard” and sign on.
- Click on “Request Access to Existing Event”.
- Type in exactly “Vision Conference 2025” and hit submit.
Requests for access can take up 24 hours to process. After 24 hours go back to www.eventregistrationtool.com and login in and click on “Vision Conference 2025”.

After deadline cost goes up and any co-laborer that registers will be placed in the Ignite Track.

It must be fully paid by the deadline to get the reduced price.
Child registration cost and childcare cost are separate and are per child.
- Age 0-36 months – no registration fee
- Child registration (36 months – 12 years) – $135
- Childcare (0-12 years) – $105
- Child Registration + Childcare – $240
Childcare goes from 0-12 years old
Cancellation Policy
- Receive a full refund up until December 5
- Receive a refund minus $50 between December 5-12
- No refunds for cancellation after December 12
