Guest Staff vs. Partners Track Registration

 

The Vision Conference has 3 registration types for non-student attendees. For those who are not Bridges staff, there are two options: Guest Staff or Partners. This page helps explain these two options for you to find the best fit.  

Guest Staff

Guest Staff serve at the conference just like a Bridges staff member. This role requires an investment of time before the conference and a lot of time and energy during Vision. Guest Staff will be assigned a conference role, often to help co-lead a small group in a track. This is a good fit for someone with international student ministry experience. Guest Staff pay the Bridges staff price:

  • 2-person room: $465 before November 1st, $515 after November 1st. 
  • 4-person room: $325 before November 1st, $375 after November 1st. 

Note: To be Guest Staff, the attendee must register before November 1st. After that date all non-students will be placed in the Partners Track.  We do this to allow ample time for Guest Staff to be placed and oriented in their roles.

Partners Track 

The Partners Track provides training in international ministry in parallel to the Ambassadors Track (training for Bridges student leaders). Partners Track attendees are conference participants and will not have the same commitment as Guest Staff. The Partners Track is a good fit for volunteers and co-laborers who desire more ministry training or a less intense conference experience. Partners Track participants pay the same price as Bridges and Guest Staff (see pricing above).
